Commitment Vs. Usage

There are two Commitment vs. Usage reports: a regular report and a detailed report. The detailed report includes additional columns.

Uncharged Usage

The Uncharged Usage report does not include charge amount or event type fields.

The uncharged reason enum is exactly:

• No active contract
• No contract
• No meter

Unmetered Events

The Unmetered Events report shows events that were received but were not associated with a meter. Each entry identifies the Customer Alias, event Name, Event Count, and the Reason the events were not metered.

Use the search field to find events by customer or event name, and select a date range to narrow the results. You can also download the report using the download button in the upper-right corner.

Anonymous Customers

The complete column set is:

• External ID
• Name
• Created at

The report does not include a match-suggestion feature.

Usage by Product

The report has a customer filter. It does not include date range or product filters.

Usage Report

The Usage Report aggregates usage by:

• Customer
• Contract
• Product
• Tier

The report includes a cumulative Total Consumed value.
