Data Metering

Vayu's data metering workflow connects customer activity with usage-based billing. Raw activity enters Vayu as events or imported measurements, is associated with the correct customer and product, and becomes usage that can contribute to invoice calculations.

Use Events to inspect the raw activity received by Vayu and troubleshoot how it was processed. Use Usage to review the resulting quantities attributed to customers and products.

Together, these views provide a traceable path from source data to billable usage, helping teams validate consumption and resolve discrepancies before invoicing.
