Assign Plan to Customer

Once a plan template has been created, it can be assigned to customers to create customer contracts. The same template can be assigned to multiple customers, so teams can reuse one commercial structure without rebuilding it each time.

1. Go to the Plans & Pricing page.
2. Open the plan template you want to assign, or use the three-dot menu on the plan row.
3. Select Assign customer.
4. Choose the customer who should receive the plan.
5. Define the contract start date according to the customer's commercial terms.
6. Click Finish.

It is also possible to assign a contract directly by selecting Assign and save as a contract from within the plan editor by using the Save dropdown menu.

Repeat the assignment flow for each customer that should receive the same plan template.
